MyHabit Cash Back
MyHabit has teamed with Giving Assistant to offer Giving Assistant members coupon and cash back savings off all of their purchases from MyHabit. Giving Assistant members actually get double their cash back because Giving Assistant passes the commission they earn from MyHabit right back to their members. How to Redeem a Coupon Code at MyHabit
You can log into MyHabit using your Amazon.com account, and check out using the same shipping and payment information that you use on Amazon. If you don't have an account, enter your shipping address and payment information. The text box for coupon codes is in the payment section, below your billing information. You can change your shipping and billing information or click a box to set the current shipping address and billing method as the default to save time on future orders. If you are sending a gift, a link next to each item in your order opens a pop up box where you can type a message, have MyHabit hide the prices on the packing slip, and request gift wrapping for a small additional fee. MyHabit charges a very low flat-rate shipping fee on standard shipping in the U.S., but they also offer one and two day expedited shipping. MyHabit does reserve the items in your cart but only for 15 minutes.
You'll find the same broad range of merchandise at MyHabit as you do at Zulilly or the Boston Store -- clothing for the whole family, bath and beauty products, and items for your home, but MyHabit presents their items as part of deeply discounted sales "events." Events begin at 12pm ET (9am PT) and last for 72 hours. The prices can be discounted by as much as 60% off the list price, and new events begin every day.
Every item on the MyHabit site is handpicked by a buyer who's looking for emerging trends, excellent workmanship, and high quality brands. Items are available in limited numbers, but when you select something to put in your cart, it is reserved for you for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, it goes back to the list of available merchandise, and someone else could purchase it, leaving you to find that all of the available items are in other shopper's carts or that the item has sold out. Never fear, though, because you have several options. You can wait and repeatedly refresh your browser to see if the item reappears, or you can continue shopping and check again later to see if the item has become available. If you should find that an item you want has sold out, MyHabit will show you a selection of similar items below the one you were considering.
My Habit does have categories of nearly sold out items on the bottom of their home page, so look there for fair warning.
If none of MyHabit's suggestions will do, you can add yourself to the wait list for the sold out item to receive notification if MyHabit restocks that item. If you do place yourself on a wait list, it does not mean that the item is reserved for you when it is restocked. You simply receive notice that the item is up for sale at another event. The item is still available to all shoppers on a first-come, first-served basis.
Amazon.com created MyHabit for customers who wanted an intelligent way to shop handpicked, high-quality merchandise, and Amazon is behind the technology that keeps the site running smoothly. That means that you will always find innovations that make navigation and shopping easier and more fun. Because Amazon owns the site, they also give Amazon Prime members an extra shopping perk. While everyone else has to wait until 9am PT for the events to start, Amazon Prime members get to access the deals a whole 30 minutes early. You can also use MyHabit gift cards for purchases from Amazon.com and Amazon.com gift cards for purchases on MyHabit.
When you purchase gifts from MyHabit, you can add a message of up to 240 characters or approximately 10 lines by clicking the link beside each gift item in your order. You should include your name and the name of the recipient in the message, especially if you choose to have your items gift-wrapped. If the item is not going to be gift wrapped, your message will be printed on the packing slip. However, if your items will be gift wrapped, your message will be printed on a separate gift card for each item. There is a small charge for gift-wrapping that depends on the size of the item, and gift-wrapping is not available for all items. If you have multiple gifts shipped to the same U.S. address, no prices will appear on the packing slip.
