How to Redeem a Coupon Code at Soundasleep
When you're ready to purchase a Soundasleep Bluetooth speaker pillow, add the item to your cart by clicking the "Buy Now" button on the product listing page. The Basket page will load. You can also access this page at any time by clicking the shopping basket icon in the upper right corner of the website.
Pressing "Buy Now" automatically adds one pillow to your order. To adjust the number of pillows in your order, use the up and down toggle buttons to adjust the number in the Quantity column. Press the "Update" button so that your order summary will reflect the change in quantity.
Between the order summary and the order total on the Basket page, there is a blank field with the words "Apply coupon" next to it. You should type your Soundasleep promo code into that field. Next, press the "Apply coupon" button to reveal the updated total.
Once your coupon has been applied to the order, press the "Proceed to checkout" button at the bottom of the page to complete your purchase.
Some people like to fall asleep to music, and others prefer to run white noise all night long. Whichever type of setting you prefer to create for your nighttime rest, Soundasleep's Bluetooth speaker pillow can help. Similar to bedroom speakers from ZEEQ and PillowSonic, Soundasleep's goal is to surround you with your favorite sounds as you drift off to sleep.
With Soundasleep, the 1.5-watt speaker is built right into the pillow. When your head is on the pillow, you'll be able to hear the speaker's sounds clearly. However, at most volumes, your sleeping partner won't hear a thing.
The speaker is surrounded by supportive balls made of polyester hollow-fiber. This soft material will cradle your head all night long. The fiber balls and speaker are encased in a polyester microfiber cover with a quilted design.
When Soundasleep first started making speaker pillows, your music device had to plug directly into a cable that was built into the pillow. You can see an example of this version, which could connect to smartphones, MP3 players, televisions and other music devices, in the video DollarGadgets (EP.3): Sound Asleep Pillow – This Pillow Plays Music! [REVIEW].
Current versions, however, rely on wireless Bluetooth technology, which allows you to listen to your favorite sounds without getting tangled in wires. There are no headphones or cables to deal with as you're trying to settle into a comfortable position.
The pillow has a built-in 3.7-volt battery, so there's no need to have the pillow plugged into power at night. The speaker can run for eight hours on a full charge, and it can hold a charge for 60 days in standby.
To charge the pillow, you connect it to a power source via a micro USB cable. It takes three to four hours to charge the pillow. The cable tucks into a zippered pocket on the pillow when not in use.
Soundasleep offers a free app that pairs with its pillow. The app is available for both iOS and Android devices. When you connect your pillow to the app, you can play the included mindfulness sounds through your speaker pillow. These include white noise and sounds from nature.
You can also use the app in conjunction with the pillow to help improve your sleep habits. Through the app, you can track the sleep that you're getting. There's even the opportunity to input information about your day, such as how much exercise you performed and how much you drank, so that you can see how your lifestyle affects your sleeping habits.
You can also use the app to program a wake-up alarm to go off when it's time to get up in the morning. Because the alarm plays through the speaker that's built into your personal pillow, it may disturb your partner less than a freestanding alarm clock.
With the optional anti-snoring setting, the pillow and app may even help you snore less. The pillow has a decibel meter that can measure how loud your snoring is. When the volume reaches a certain level, preset by you, the speaker will start to play music or an alert sound to encourage you to rouse enough to change positions. The music or alert will gradually get louder until your snoring subsides.
Although there are many sounds included in the app, you may want to fall asleep to other music or programs. The Soundasleep pillow is compatible with thousands of apps, so you aren't limited in what you can listen to through your bedtime speaker system.
If you could use some help to settle down and soothe your mind before bedtime, mindfulness apps that pair with the pillow speaker might help. Soundasleep works with both Headspace and Calm.
Of course, just because you're in bed, that doesn't mean that you're ready to go to sleep. If you're looking for entertainment instead of soothing meditations, turn to a variety of television apps, such as ITV Player, BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport.
Perhaps you'd prefer to listen to your favorite songs or tune into a podcast while relaxing in bed. For music or podcasts, you can turn to apps like Deezer, Apple Music and Spotify. You can also listen to audiobooks through the Audiobooks.com app.
Even kids can use the Soundasleep Bluetooth speaker pillow. Compatible children's apps include Milkshake! and BBC iPlayer Kids. Kids will also enjoy listening to audiobooks and their favorite songs through the pillow.
Not only does the speaker pillow work with a wide variety of apps, but it also pairs nicely with Amazon Alexa. This gives you additional options for playing music, books and other media. If you have Alexa devices in your home, you'll appreciate being able to connect your pillow to your smart home system.
