Upright Data acquired the Giving Assistant portal from the Assignee for the Benefit of Creditors (ABC) of Giving Assistant Inc. PBC for an undisclosed amount in January 2022. This is the first acquisition for Upright Data and they are to revive the spirit of Giving Assistant but on a new technology platform and more improved business model.
