Call the Sonic Drive-In customer service hotline by dialing 1-866-OKSONIC (or 1-866-657-6642). When you place the call, you will be prompted to press one if you have a question about a mobile app order or a technical issue on the app.

If you have another question or concern, you can press two to connect with an available customer service agent that can better assist you. Alternatively, you can wait for a customer service associate to get in touch automatically without pressing two. 


Fill Out the Online Contact Form

If you need to contact Sonic about a recent customer service experience that is not time-sensitive, opt for sending in a contact form. Provide your first name, last name, email, and phone number within the first four lines of the contact form. 


Indicate how you placed the order by selecting from a drop-down menu. You can choose Sonic app order-ahead, drive-thru, red button, or no order. Select the appropriate timeframe in which you had placed your order whether between 4 am to 11 am, 11 am to 2 pm, 2 pm to 5 pm, 5 pm to 8 pm, 8 pm to 4 am, or not related to a visit. 

Select the store number using the store locator on the page. Then, type in a description of your question or concern that you would like to relay to Sonic customer service. You have up to 2,500 characters available to describe the problem. 

At the end of the contact form, you can upload file attachments to solidify your claim. Include a picture of the menu to show if you were overcharged, your receipt, et cetera.
